I really appreciate the time taken to really make me feel completely right about my decision, working with figures and helping to ease emotions that came over me, and not acting annoyed with me taking so long to decide. The words "you make 2 big purchases in your life, a house and a car. You're 26 and making one of those decisions today is great" really spoke to me and made me feel good, and at that point I made my decision to sign for the car and I am LOVING my choice. I was trading in a 2007 Dodge Ram 6.7 Turbo Diesel with a 5th wheel hitch and also a 2007 Jeep Wrangler X with hardtop and softtop for a 2013 Big Horn Ram 1500 with the Rambox. The dealership did not have on the lot what I wanted but they were able to find one in another state exactly what we wanted. We wanted accessories for the truck to be put on when it came in. Service ordered everything we wanted and as soon as the truck came in they would be installed including tonneau cover, chrome gas opener, chrome bug deflector, window guards, and they took it and had window tinting for front windows and windshield. Our salesman, David Gumm went over everything on the truck even programming our cell phone to bluetooth through the truck. He explained how to set up garage door openers when we got home and it was easy. Any questions we have had were answered and taken care. The entire staff of Don Marshall Dealership are the friendliest people I have ever dealt with and I have purchased many new vehicles in my life. Don Marshall dealership makes you feel like family rather than a customer. I know it's a business and they are there to sell vehicles but they are there to make long term friendships and they have with me. I had dealt with them before for oil changes, new tires, and batteries and they always took care of me in their service department in a prompt, friendly manner and that's why I knew if and when I would decide on a new vehicle it would be Don Marshall. I even recommended a friend to Don Marshall because they were getting into RVing and they needed a truck for their needs and they purchased a new 2500 Ram last spring. More

Once we got there at the dealer ship and found the jeep we wanted they informed us that they couldn't finance the 2003 jeep and that they couldn't get the ford escape down to what I needed at and then we s we wanted they informed us that they couldn't finance the 2003 jeep and that they couldn't get the ford escape down to what I needed at and then we set for 5 hours not knowing whats going on.
