The only negative was the detailing of the car when we came to pick it up. This had nothing to do with Jeff. We purchased The Protector for the inside and outside of the car. When we arrived to pick it up, the protector had been applied but had not been wiped down very well. Jeff sent it back to be taken care of and we waited 1 1/2 hours for the car to be finished. Jeff checked on it several times but the employees in that area were very slow and unconcerned with our wait. More
