I was very pleased with everyone that I came in contact with from the beginning of the transaction to the end. I would highly recommend Don Marshall to anyone that I know. They even filled my gas tank before I drove off the lot, and with gas prices today, that meant a lot to me! I get "free oil changes for life" minus the cost of an oil filter as long as I own this car and take it to Don Marshall for service! I was not pleased with a few little scratches on my car and a burn hole in the passenger seat, but that was no problem for them ... they set me up an appointment and I went back and they fixed them and now you cannot even tell there was anything there! Excellent, outstanding work! Because there were two different brands/tread of tires on my car (two of the same on the front, but two of something different on the back) that was causing a little vibration in the steering wheel between 55-60 mph ... they were wearing inappropriately and could not be aligned appropriately ... no problem ... I am taking it back in two days and they are going to brand new tires on the back to match the front!
