My past experiences in purchasing a car have been mixed; some good, some not so good. I do plenty of research before I buy, so I am confident in what I want/need and approximately how much I am willing to some good, some not so good. At each dealership, I explained that I was going to purchase a car, but needed to test drive the car and then discuss with my wife and compare with other cars. I found that the experience at Don Marshall was by far the most pleasant. My desire was respected, and I was not hit with a hard sales pitch, but the salesperson spent a lot of time going over every aspect of the car with me, especially the areas that I was most interested in having in my new car. I came away with a very good feeling about the car and the dealership, and this along with a great price sealed the deal. More

Yesterday we decided to check out the 2013 and/or 2014 models because I can't imagine driving anything but a Jeep! We met a saleslady by the name of Niki. She went beyond the call of duty to help us! After a couple of test drives and getting all our questions answered with satisfaction, we were able to drive off the lot in a 2012 Grand Cherokee Trail Rated Black Jeep with and all the extras! We sure didn't intend on purchasing a used Jeep, but it met all of our needs and was meant to be....Such a great deal on it! I love it!
