I had been looking all over for a new car. I had already been to several dealerships and had no success. Then I began speaking with Kesha Chitwood. I arrived to the dealership and within minutes was warmly greeted and helped. I had one particular make and model of vehicle I wanted. If I couldn't have that vehicle I wouldn't not have made a purchase. Soon Brian our salesman was discussing prices and terms. At first it didn't seem possible for me to afford the vehicle I wanted. However after some clever and intelligent financing opportunities provided by Mike in the financing, I was able to garner a deal that actually put my UNDER what I thought I could afford. I then spoke with and signed my purchasing documents with Jim Brink, a friendly intelligent person. After that I walked out of Jim's office and headed for the lot. My car had been washed, detailed, and had a full tank of gas! This dealership and entire experience was AMAZING! Every time I get in my new car I can't believe its reality. We had planned on trading in a vehicle but there was a problem with the title on the trade-in. We knew we were going home in a new car when we left home that morning then when we found out about the issue problem with the title on the trade-in.
