We called the dealership that day and talked to them several times. We live a pretty good distance away and kept asking them questions about the truck we purchased there that night. They answered our questions perfectly and told us the whole time if they could help us in any way to give them a call back. I called stressed about getting there after their closing time and they said it would be "no problem and they would wait on us," when I told them what time the GPS was giving us on the arrival time. When we did get there, the truck was exactly like they had explained to us except for a couple of minor details. 1. We were told there was a back up camera and there is not. 2. We were told by the sales manager there would be no penalty for early pay off after we made 3 payments and it was actually 4 payments. We laughed about this one. It was a very late night for all of us involved and we were looking at 3-4 trucks over the phone. When we got there they were already installing the flat bed on the truck and everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and nice. Everyone was extremely considerate to our needs!!! Over all, they said it was like this, and it was. I really appreciate that!!!!!!! There is no doubt we would purchase another vehicle from them! More
