Don Marshall Service Center I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger which I have written a review on earlier. A special inside-outside protection package was offered to me at the time o I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger which I have written a review on earlier. A special inside-outside protection package was offered to me at the time of purchase. Normally I would not have taken this optional offer as I think the vehicle should come with protection that is adequete. However,after watching a video and talking with Jim and Jeff about it,it was a simple decision to buy it. It is a new state of the art treatment to enhance the protection of your car. It has a great warranty that blew me away as to the coverage provided. Thus,I made an appointment through Jeff after my vehicle purchase. As I explained in my previous review I am disabled and cannot tolerate certain environments due to my back This is not a criticism of their facility as it is very nice indeed. Even though it was only a 1 1/2 hr. process,I was provided transportation to get to and from the service center. I dropped the car off, came home and returned at the promised time. As I expected,my car was ready and looked stunning. I will be doing my vehicle servicing there and feel great about this aspect of Don Marshall's crew. I recommend them for any of your auto needs and many thanks to Jeff Laswell and the Service Department. Cristi Collins (Customer Service) checked with me before departing to ensure I was happy. I appreciate this very much. Noone wants to purchase a vehicle and after the sale is done feel unimportant. They make sure you are satisfied. My experience with Don Marshall dealership-Somerset,Ky. Don Marshall-Somerset,Ky., has a very nice lot,inside and out. While shopping for a new 2014 Dodge Charger R/T I started by using their website which Don Marshall-Somerset,Ky., has a very nice lot,inside and out. While shopping for a new 2014 Dodge Charger R/T I started by using their website which was excellent and accurate. I was able to get an internet price within an hour from Kesha,which got the ball rolling. I took my time and checked other dealerships within 100 miles of here and they all responded but could not match Don Marshall from the very start. Thus,i had my car picked out-it was exactly what I wanted as far as trim level,color ect. and the initial quote was reasonable. My experience with Tara and Brandie was over the phone and they were very helpful in regard to submitting a finance application and several questions I had concerning the car. They were very knowledgeable and most helpful. If I had experienced a bad time at that point-it is likely I would not have even went over formally to the lot. They deserve a lot of credit. Brandie introduced me to Jeff Laswell when I went to the lot to talk about the purchase and to test drive the car. Jeff is exceptional in the way he talks with you and goes out of his way to help you feel wanted as a customer. I have always purchased new cars,except once,and I have been pressured,jacked around ect. at some lots through the years. Several lots lost out on a sale due to this many times in the past. Noone wants or likes that when making such a considerable purchase. Jeff's manner is professional but very easygoing and patient. He was knowledgeable about the car and our negotiation only took 15 minutes max. I had my number on a piece of paper after much research;I did not show or tell Jeff the number. I asked him to check on the best "on the road" price they would do. He checked and was back in 5 minutes and we were within $50.00 of what I had written down. Needless to say,I shook hands with Jeff and we had a deal. I have a bad back and can't tolerate being in a business for long periods. I asked Jeff if he and the staff could get the paperwork and the car ready for the next day so I could come in and do the papers and get the car without having to sit for a long time. Of course he did and Mr. Brink was nice and had everything ready for me to review and sign. I was in and out in good order and brought that nice new Charger home. This is not to say that their building is uncomfortable as it is very nice,clean and certainly comfortable for most. I pointed this out as a compliment to Jeff and the rest for accomodating my disability. Don Marshall's dealership is touted as Kentucky's #1 Dealer in the brands they sell. I expect it is true and it is easy to see why. They are a team and everyone I dealt with and named,play a big role in their success. I would recommend them to anyone within a reasonable drive.
