Over the years, I felt ripped off, or there was no customer service just high pressure selling to the point that I would walk out of several of the dealerships. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised with my last car buying experience. The salesmen were accommodating while I was trying to make a choice and went beyond to locate the vehicle model that I had talked about with my husband for 3 years. David Gumm was a rockstar! He took care of everything on the salesmen and customer service side even delivering my new purchase to my work place and helping my set up my new system. Thanks to Jim Brinks for finding fair financing and searching to find an extended warranty to suit our needs. I would highly suggest anyone who has not shopped at Don Marshall in awhile to give them a try. More
