Dishonest salesman I was at Don Franklin on Saturday June 24, 2017. I tried out a 2011 Dodge Ram that was priced for $24,900. The salesman Homer Barret stated I couldn I was at Don Franklin on Saturday June 24, 2017. I tried out a 2011 Dodge Ram that was priced for $24,900. The salesman Homer Barret stated I couldn't get a better deal on that truck than what they had it priced for and he kept saying he couldn't do anything until he pulled my credit. He wouldn't tell me the best price he could give me on the truck, said he had to pull my credit. Then they looked at my trade in and he said the best he could do out the door would be around $26,000. He wouldn't work with me at all on the truck and then when I got home and pulled up their website, the truck price had dropped to $21,900. Yet Homer Barret acted like he could work with me at all on the truck. He basically lied right to my face. Apparently, they can't deal with you unless you let them pull your credit and do whatever they want with it. I called to ask them why they did me this way and Michelle said she would look into it and call me back . Of course I never did receive a call back. I am very disturbed and hurt by the treatment I received at Don Franklin of London,KY. At their grand opening that day I was listening to the radio and heard a worker from their say they were wanting life long customers, yet they treated me they way they did. I will never be a life long customer of Don Franklin in London, Ky after the treatment I received. More

Rude treatment I bought my 2015 Mustang here 13 months ago. I discovered my drivers door latch was rusting!
