This service representative was not good at all. He never provided me any updates on my vehicle. I waited a week before contacting him and although he always promised to follow up with me before end He never provided me any updates on my vehicle. Instead of him explaining to me that the problem could not be found, he spoke loudly to the cashier next to the one that was tending to me and explained why no problem was found. Took my car in on a Thurs morning, was told they need about 5 days to diagnose my check engine light. On the following Tues I was told they could not diagnose the car due to it being a Dodge and they don about 5 days to diagnose my check engine light. On the following Tues I was told they could not diagnose the car due to it being a Dodge and they don't have a username password for their machine. They asked if I still wanted an oil change and tire rotation which then took them another 24 hours to complete. Am I really the first person with a dodge to come to your service center? Why did it take 5 days to tell me there was nothing they could do? Beyond frustrating More
