Don Davis Nissan in Arlington has the best personal service I have ever experienced. I took my car there for normal service and I discovered a problem when I got home. I called the service manager and he went out of his way to make things right. Jerry, the service manager, offered exceptional service. He continues to go out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. I have been going to this same place for years and the service has always been excellent. This was the first time, I had some minor issue, but the way they handled it made me feel I am not just a number. Jerry, made me feel I am a valuable customer of this dealership. After 3 hrs the service rep came and advised of Don Davis price for tires. I advised the rep that the price quoted is not price match. It took 3 hours to get a higher price quote. I so upset 3 hours for half the service. More
