She is a great ambassador for the Nissan and Don Davis brands Also, as always Toni is fantastic, she always takes the time to stop by the waiting area and speak for a few minutes, she really makes customers feel valued, another great ambassador for both brands I do have one major concern, I was completely surprised during the payment process when I was charged 3 or 3.5% for the priveledge of using my AMEX which I have done there for about 18 years or so. I think it really cheapens the experience and most importantly it was a total surprise. At the very minimum they could have sent emails to their customers letting them know so that they could have possibly brought another form of payment. I took the time to speak with the service director and he really could not have cared any less, Very disappointed More
