Everything went good on oil change. They drove my car out of the garage. Didn’t change the windshield wipers outside and didn’t understand why they brought my car back in to the garage They drove my car out of the garage. The purchase of my 2023 Mini Countryman was a dream; however there was a paint issue that was never addressed by my sales person plus no open communication when I brought my car in for a repair due to t however there was a paint issue that was never addressed by my sales person plus no open communication when I brought my car in for a repair due to the gearbox came apart. All of this is under 30 days. I was told the warranty purchased didn’t cover the repair and to reach out to Mini. Is this how you take care of your customers? I will be reporting these 2 concerns to BBB as I believe my requests weren’t taken seriously and I will not buy another vehicle from Don Davis again. More

Took my car in late on a Tuesday afternoon for 2 warranty issues to be addressed on Wednesday morning. Made appointment one week in advance and was told it would take 3-5 hours to complete. They called about an hour after I dropped it off to tell me the car wouldn't be ready until Saturday because they had to order a part. Not sure why they didn't order what they needed during the week I waited for my appointment to arrive since they knew exactly what was required for warranty repair. I told them to keep it until Monday as I would be out of town for the weekend. I expected to be able to pick it up at least by noon on Monday since they had extra time to work on it, but it wasn't ready until 3:00 which put me in a jam that afternoon. I realize I had the option to reschedule altogether, but as everyone knows, once you get past making arrangements to be without your car for a day, and your car is already at the dealer, you don't want to start all over. While I was in the office, an employee dropped a very loud and clear F bomb. When my service rep said, "Hey, whoa, we have a customer here," the employee never apologized or gave a "my bad." Never even turned around. I added an oil change to the work order and was told it normally comes with a tire rotation, but if I wanted a 10% discount then I would have to forgo the rotation. I opted for the discount over the rotation but was sure hoping they would end up including the tire rotation as a courtesy after keeping my car for a week. Didn't happen. In the customer service world, a small gesture like that goes a long way. Gerardo was my main point of contact and he was very polite, pleasant, and communicated all the bad news well. I did speak briefly with someone above Gerardo but don't remember his name. He had no explanation as to why they didn't have all the parts they needed. He did ask who I spoke with when I made the appointment, as if a receptionist was responsible for ordering parts for warranty work. I sensed a bit of blame shifting there. As a side note, the receptionist was very pleasant; she alerted me to the second recall, which I didn't know about, and was happy to schedule the work. I probably sound more upset than I am. It's not like I would never step foot on the premises again, but I do think a few things mentioned here should be addressed. More
It had been a long time which I required any service for my vehicle. As expected, customer service is the same...great.
