The service department does as well as any vehicle dealership. They do excel however, in providing updated information pertaining to requested repairs resulting in customer satisfaction. I've experienced a recurring problem with the phone charging tray. This problem appears to be the Achilles heel of the Nissan vehicle line. My vehicle is currently at the dealership awaiting corrective action on this recurring issue. Don Davis Nissan has treated me well and, that's why I return. They've serviced my last Nissan (16 Altima 3.5sl) when I moved to the area and I've always been comfortable going there and purchased my new vehicle from Don Davis Nissan. I will be more pleased once the current malfunction is corrected, by the highly skilled Nissan Service Department and I'm once again able to enjoy the experience of being a delighted carefree Nissan vehicle owner!😀 😄 More
The service was well documented, fast, and professionally completed. The only issue that arose, was the final cost of the service. This was eventually resolved back to the lower price, but this did cause some confusion a bit of anxiety on my part. Thanks, Kevin. More

If I could rate 0 stars I would, I could never get anyone to answer me when calling about a service quote. I had to drive in and get quote and schedule. Once service was being performed I was told I was quot to answer me when calling about a service quote. I had to drive in and get quote and schedule. Once service was being performed I was told I was quoted the wrong amount ended up costing me 3x as much as what I was quoted. Very poor communication on vehicle updates during service I had to reach out as it was near closing and vehicle was dropped off at 7:05am. Nissan has lost a brand client. More
