Ended up not completing the project. Not sure why but this appeared to get re-assigned. Ended up with the service manager, Robert Hernandez, who was completely unresponsive and didn’t Not sure why but this appeared to get re-assigned. Ended up with the service manager, Robert Hernandez, who was completely unresponsive and didn’t follow through on commitments made. He asked if Don David should.perform regular maintenance, since it was due soon, and I said yes, but it wasn’t done. I followed up with several phone calls and left voice mails, with no response. As a result, attempted contact via text message, with still no response. Robert was provided my phone # and email. However, a Daniel began reaching out, but Tony daughter’s phone # and email. We told him multiple times to correct the contact information, but it never seemed to happen. Took exceptionally long for work to be done (due to part on back order) but I was provided a loaner car, but definitely not comparable to my car. When car was done, I wasn’t able to come in immediately and Daniel was rather rude about me returning the loaner car, even after Don David having my car for a month. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Don Davis. More

The only bad thing I can say is that I really wanted to work on my car, front suspension and even my brakes but they did not have Nissan parts, they only had aftermarket parts and so I was denied due to their system being down the chance to fix my car and spend my money right away Nissan, so my car is not all the way fix yet like I had planned when I first got there other than that I know that will help me More
