New Truck Purchase We made arrangements with one of your sales guys (to remain anonymous) to meet on Thursday evening only to get there and find out he was gone to openi We made arrangements with one of your sales guys (to remain anonymous) to meet on Thursday evening only to get there and find out he was gone to opening day of the Rangers. Not professional at all to schedule an appointment and then not show without a call or a text. Especially after driving an hour and half in traffic to make the appointment. Luckily Derrick took the ball and ran for a touch down. Derrick was friendly and helpful. We were looking at used trucks for my son's first ownership experience. After looking at what we had in mind and talking things over, Derrick was able to show my son a brand new Nissan Titan that he fell in love with. It fits not only him but his personality. Derrick helped the process and we got an excellent deal on a fantastic truck that will last my son for years to come. Great job Derrick. Keep up the good work. Exceptional experience I recently went in for my regular service appointment to get the oil changed, etc., on my 2015 Altima. I had called my salesman Negozi E. a couple of I recently went in for my regular service appointment to get the oil changed, etc., on my 2015 Altima. I had called my salesman Negozi E. a couple of days before to ask it we could meet while I was there to talk about a new deal. With 8 months remaining on my current lease, I wasn't sure exactly what we could do. Suffice it to say that Negozi and I met, I explained what my goal was, (getting a new lease car and lowering my current paymen), and we worked on a new deal. Negozi, is a great listener and as usual was outstanding in his professionalism with respect to getting the job done. Josh and Richard also did their parts outstandingly and I walked out of there in a new Altima with everything I wanted on it and a lower payment to boot. There people are great. Gerald Bown More

When we arrived we were greeted by Taylor Whitson. She asked great questions including what is most important to you. Within a few minutes she had two cars pulled up for us to test drive. We asked if we could see just one more for comparison. Taylor was AWESOME to work with. She listened to our needs and nailed it. We purchased the first vehicle she showed us. We will continue to recommend Don Davis and MOST certainly Taylor Whitson for providing stellar service! Thank you also to Ricky Pool for taking us through the finance part!
