I appreciate the speed in which my car was seen and repaired. The price for the repair seemed quite high and I was offered other services that also seemed quite high. Engine cover missing from vehicle after last oil change. Dealer is the only one that services my vehicle. Vehicle was also purchased new from this dealer. Said it never came with an engine cover and would n Dealer is the only one that services my vehicle. Vehicle was also purchased new from this dealer. Said it never came with an engine cover and would not replace it. Car did in fact come with an engine cover. Instead of owning their mistake, asked me if I had a picture to prove there was an engine cover. More
