Bad customer service Purchased a brand new car and when needed to have my car looked at for a loose when I turn my wheel while backing out. I didn’t have the option of a l Purchased a brand new car and when needed to have my car looked at for a loose when I turn my wheel while backing out. I didn’t have the option of a loaner to have any transportation to get around in. Dropping off my car on a Monday and picking up my car on that Friday only to find out my car was ready on Wednesday and not notified about it and when picking up the car having to go look for my car cause they do not drive it into the service bay where I dropped it off. Only for the tech to say the popping was coming from the car needing an alignment. I put new tires on it and the car dosent have the popping noise anymore it had. They come at you very rude and with attitude. I purchased the service agreement at the Arlington office wish I could transfer it to another Nissan this location dosent have good customer service. More

My repair was expected to be complete in 2 days, turned out to be 4 days, Chris kept me updated on it's progress...brand new car needing struts (BIGGEST Disappointment), and I've never gotten my car back dusty/dirty after work had been completed from any dealership (this should not be a request). Chris was at lunch when I came to pick up my auto so I was unable to leave feedback with him. More
