Fast and easy I usually don’t go to the dealerships to get my oil changed but this is the first time my car shows a notification for my car needing the oil changed I usually don’t go to the dealerships to get my oil changed but this is the first time my car shows a notification for my car needing the oil changed so I decided to go here. I had a coupon for oil and filter, which are the services I needed, but after mentioning that my car always gets synthetic oil, I was told the coupon wouldn’t be an option. But Buddy (I believe was his name, he was training someone) talked me through what I was needing and was able to find me a good deal; (not sure if he was tryna sell to me or actually giving me the package needed for my car, but I trusted him!) I spent way more than I intended coming in but my car got what it needed with great service, So I’m happy. More

Did not receive vehicle when promised My husband brought our vehicle for service on Wednesday 3/20 before noon. When he got off work to pick up the vehicle, he was advised that it slipped through the cracks and no one looked at the vehicle. On Thursday 3/21, we decided to give the service department at this dealership another try. My husband dropped the vehicle off Thursday morning. He was told it should be ready by the time he got off work which was 5pm. When my husband went to pick it up, the vehicle was not ready and he was told that someone needed to drive it in order to verify if the check engine light came back on. Again, did not receive what was promised. More
