Don Davis Nissan

Always unorganized I would not recommend Don Davis Nissan service. It is always so unorganized in the service department. When I purchased the car, I was told that I would not recommend Don Davis Nissan service. It is always so unorganized in the service department. When I purchased the car, I was told that I would need to bring it back when the license plates arrived to do tinting on the two front door windows, get an extra key-fob (only one was available at the time of purchase), and of course, put on the new plates. I had an appointment with Buddy Melvin around 8:00 Saturday (3/23). Buddy was very pleasant to work with, explained everything the service department was going to do, but I had to remind him twice about the plates. I left my car and picked it up Saturday afternoon around 3:30. The service center was disorganized with people waiting around to pay and pick up their cars. I waited my turn and they paged Buddy. He brought the paperwork and went over what was done (tinting and key-fob). Again, I had to tell him about the plates (the main reason I was there that day). He had to pick them up from sales and put them on himself. Vehicles were parked everywhere. While waiting, I saw a couple walk towards my car, mistaking it for their own. I also witnessed two women (they were together) walking around with their key-fob trying to find their car. The lack of organization is truly unbelievable. The only reason I visit Don Davis is because I've used the same salesman for 10+ years (William Gomes) who is incredible. I did have a pleasant experience with Buddy and I honestly don't believe any of this was his fault. Don Davis is the closest dealership to my house so I go there for the convenience but the service is now and has always been horrible. More

This is the second car I’ve bought from Medly in the last 9 months. Both times she went above and beyond to meet my needs with her expertise, knowledge and no sales pressure that I appreciate. Both times I was JUST about to buy a new car from a different manufacturer and I checked in with her to see what Nissan had to offer. She made the whole process smooth, quick and easy. Her response to all my inquiries and needs were immediate and very helpful. I’ve had excellent experiences with Luis Hernandez from the service department in the past with our other car. He saved the day for me in December with a maintenance issue I had on my Rogue in December! He came through again last week (the day after I bought this Pathfinder) with a minor brake problem. He went above and beyond taking care of my car on a moments notice and helped get me a loaner car so I wasn’t inconvenienced to get to work. These two employees are a major asset to your team and 100% the reason I bought my last two cars here when I was planning on going elsewhere. They’ve made me a loyal Nissan customer for life and I’ll always make Nissan my #1 choice because of the service I’ve received here over the past. More

Super quick I had a nail in my tire and came to the dealer to see what they could do for me.
