Good Experience but Not for My Wallet I had a great experience with Melvin. He was nice, friendly and was very helpful. What was not helpful was that this was scheduled and what I believed I had a great experience with Melvin. He was nice, friendly and was very helpful. The price was not bad but I wish that when this was being scheduled I was told that I was going to have to pay because of my mileage and not lead to believe that this was going to be a free service. I was greeted immediately with smiling faces as I pulled into the service area and was processed through quickly. It was a Saturday and very busy and was told it may take a couple of hours. Happily to my surprise it didn’t take that long. Overall I am very satisfied with the service at your dealership and look forward to you doing continued maintenance on my vehicle.
