Did not get what I asked for 1. When driving around the Dallas/Fort Worth area I listen to a lot of AM Radio. When I go under the large High Power lines the radio has a very large 1. When driving around the Dallas/Fort Worth area I listen to a lot of AM Radio. When I go under the large High Power lines the radio has a very large amount of static. In some areas I loose the voice for several seconds. (I did not have this problem with previous trucks) 2. The XM part of the radio when I was setting it up stuck on a station and would not change to a different station. This also happened a couple of times Friday when I was testing the system. When I turned off the truck for 10-15 minutes the XM system stations could be changed again. ( This is not acceptable.) 3. When I agreed to the aftermarket XM System I was led to believe I would have a separate screen with presets for different stations on the XM System. I have to look at the screen and go channel to channel when I am driving in traffic, sometimes at high speed and stop & go, trying to find a channel I would like to check-out or listen to. (This is not what I agreed to.) 4. When I first contacted Don Davis Nissan on Saturday March 23 through carprousa.com I received a call that morning. I said at the time I wanted a tow package in the truck because I use the truck to pull trailers sometimes. This truck does not have a hitch system or wiring harness for a trailer.(If I had known this was not going to be provided I would have pulled the trailer hitch system from under the old truck) 5. I wish I had known, I thought they were standard by now. The rearview mirror on the old truck I traded in had a temperature and direction indicator in the mirror. I have gotten used to them since I have had it on 2 trucks before that had them. More

Great service advisor, bad scheduling Recently bought a new car here, and that was a good experience. Customer service is good. But the scheduling at the Repair center is very bad. I had a Recently bought a new car here, and that was a good experience. Customer service is good. But the scheduling at the Repair center is very bad. I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and when I arrived was informed that there was a 90-120 minute wait! The appointment only gets a place in line. This is bad. At my previous Nissan dealer in Southern California (Mossy Nissan), this would never happen. Perhaps this dealership needs to make some adjustments? My other (minor) complaint is that a car wash is not included with an oil change. This was standard in SoCal. I guess I was spoiled by Mossy Nissan. I must say that my service advisor, Carlos, was excellent. He was helpful, suggesting that I return the next morning at 7:00 AM, which I did. He handled that second appointment well, and because of him I will return. More
