I was greeted immediately with smiling faces as I pulled into the service area and was processed through quickly. It was a Saturday and very busy and was told it may take a couple of hours. 2018 Frontier This was my first experience with the service department at this dealership. I was in to get my first oil change. Although there were lines of car This was my first experience with the service department at this dealership. I was in to get my first oil change. Although there were lines of cars when I pulled into the service bay, I didn't feel rushed and they were able to complete my oil change and tire rotation within a couple of hours. I believe my service advisor's name was Erika Rubio but I'm not 100% (I'm horrible with names). After the initial walk around of my vehicle, I went to go wait in the show room's waiting area. Enroute to the waiting area, I ran into Khaled Elhamad and he remembered me which made me feel like I was a valued customer. More

Amazing customer service Bianca was so polite from the beginning to the end. She greeted me with a smile, made sure I was comfortable.
