My experience at Don Davis Nissan I went in for an alignment after hitting a curb and got my oil change while I was there. I was told they were able to straighten the alignment the bes I went in for an alignment after hitting a curb and got my oil change while I was there. I was told they were able to straighten the alignment the best they could and recommended replacing the struts due to it being bent ($1,500). I was told I was good to drive off and could think about having the work done. As I left, my vehicle began to grind and the traction control was flashing, causing it to fishtail. I took it back and the mechanic who test drove it said he felt that when he was driving it too but failed to mention it before I left. This problem was not happening before I took it in. Then a manager (Mr. Wilkins) came out and was persistent on me filing an insurance claim to pay for all the damages to my car. I was reluctant on doing so since I did not want my insurance to go up. He went as far as telling me his wife just died in a car wreck and his insurance didn't go up since she didn't hit anyone. Also, he had to pay for everything, even the cop that went out to tell him she was dead. I'm not saying the guy was lying but it was just a weird situation to be put in. I felt I was being pushed into getting all this since the price of the damages was all over the place as the conversation progressed. When I told him I was going to go home to think about it, he said I could plan on paying about $3,000 worth of damages. He then said it would be ok to drive and that it would only wear down my tires after an hour of telling me I needed to file an insurance claim and me not wanting to do so. It was a very uncomfortable situation. However, Ms. Romero was great from the time I walked in and very helpful throughout the transaction. It was just the conversation with Mr. Wilkins that has made me not want to go back to this place. More

Everything was great! I had to take my vehicle in to get a tire replaced. Everything was handled promptly and I was back on the road as soon as possible. He advised us of who to speak to in the car sales department. As soon as we got out of our car we were greeted by Jeff Brubaker. We told him what we were looking for, our budget and who referred us. We were treated like family from the second we arrived. After speaking with Jeff and John Diggs about our options they were able to put me in a 2018 Nissan Sentra and I couldn’t be happier with my brand new car! Thank you so much Jeff and Don davis Nissan for making sure someone like me, who doesn’t have the best credit, was still able to go home in a brand new car. More
