Easy breezy service I scheduled my appointment for Saturday at 1pm. It was not packed or busy as I thought it would be so that was a relief. From driving into the service lane to final payment was simple and seamless. I took advantage of the shuttle to give me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership free of charge . The shuttle driver was friendly as well! My service advisor kept me in the loop from beginning to end. Ever since I moved to Grand Prairie I’ve been taking my vehicle here for service and I am very satisfied with the results and hard work the staff has provided. More

Buddy is Awesome! My service guy Buddy always takes care of me. He always is pleasant and attentive. The only issue I ever have is the long wait times. I always complain to him and on my surveys that the wait time is ridiculous. It should never take 2 1/2 hrs to get a tire changed. No one wants to spend several hours at the dealership in service.
