Paid for maintaince didnt recieve SHOCKED I scheduled a appt for careguard maintenance oil/tire rotation and wheel bearing change on one tire. They had my truck for 5 days i paid them. When i picked up my truck i went home to discover my tires hadnt been moved a inch had pictures dated for proof, i drove across town the next day to allow them to rectify it, that alone took a hour. They offered me gas when i said i had midgrade i didnt want to mix it...they sent me out the door with nothing. Drove home only to then discover my back seat had been broken took pics of the mechanics prints on it and my oil had never been changed as well took pics from under the truck proof the dirt was untouched nothing had been drained or wiped. I drove across town to them again that day to give them the chance to rectify that and it was 2 hours to be told there is 15 ppl infront of your vehicle i said so what those ppl havent paid you already took my money and wrote off services you did not perform and i had picture proof thats fraud. They righted their wrongs eventually but i have no trust in this location on I20 in Arlington. No one checked or verified the inital work there was no do diligence done here with care. More
