Waiting too long. I just can't understand why we make appointments, and then have to wait for 1 1/2 hours to get an oil change. Assume current experiences will be as good as past This is our 5th purchase from Don Davis Nissan over the last 15-20 years however is our first purchase as a CarPro (Jerry Reynolds customer (of which This is our 5th purchase from Don Davis Nissan over the last 15-20 years however is our first purchase as a CarPro (Jerry Reynolds customer (of which we have purchased 3 vehicles using his dealer recommendations). This time as a CarPro customer was handled differently than our last three purchases at other dealerships, which wasn't as positive and smooth as I expected.. Chad did a fantastic job on his part and we finally got past the dealing making back office issues. We love our 2019 Murano and hope to be a long term customer (again). More

Returned Car 3 Times for Same Problem I bought a 2018 Nissan Titan XD with about 500 miles on it so VERY LIKE NEW. Well after a few days of having it, the truck starts so squeal really lou I bought a 2018 Nissan Titan XD with about 500 miles on it so VERY LIKE NEW. Well after a few days of having it, the truck starts so squeal really loud. Took it to Nissan they greased it up and gave it back to me, but before I could even get the car off the parking lot the noise came back. They then put me in a rental, until they could figure out the problem. Went back to get the truck, and then BOOM the noise again. At this point I am upset and I feel as if I have been lied to. So now the service manager Chris is involved. I explained to him that this is a brand new truck. When it was sold to me by Juan Vasquez I was told that this truck was sent to San Antonio for someone to buy, but he changed his mind so they brought it back. Obviously that was a lie, something was done to the truck, and they had no idea so they could not tell me. Finally they replaced everything and got rid of the noise and of course all of this was billed to my warranty. Thank God for that since at this point I feel like they sold me a piece of crap. A week later my husband gets a call from our salesman Juan and he tells him that they need the truck brought back in. He stated the reason we have not gotten out license plate was because the car needs to be registered and it is currently registered in another STATE so they need to inspect it again. So therefor that was another LIE (I thought the car came from San Antonio) and another INCONVENIENCE to my family. They did absolutely nothing but offer to try and trade the truck in and finance another and also told me they would see how much they could get me for it! YEA RIGHT! This was one of the worst Don Davis Nissan experiences I ever had, and furthermore if you read their reviews the cars are only getting worst. I honestly hate I made this purchase, I am NOT HAPPY! This will be my last Nissan PERIOD. Additionally I want to add that I do not think that Juan Vasquez is a bad person, very nice man, however he did not meet my expectation. Neither did management they cried out about how poor their sales were they pressured me on the purchase I guess they got what they wanted, but lost a customer for life and I will share this experience every chance I get with friends and family!
