Routine Oil Change/Tire Rotation I went in for my usual oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor was Carlos, who was very knowledgeable and resourceful. He explained the recommendations for my vehicle and made sure my car was taken care of. I opted to wait at the dealership for my car and was told it would be ready by 6:15; my car was ready by 5:30. I appreciated the timeliness of the employees and them working effectively and quickly on my car. More

In order to take my grandson back and forth to univerisity I went to get a BMW5, decided to look at Murano and fell in love. Bought it on the spot,. (Closing time, rainy Friday night) It’s now 2 years old and has 20k on it. I’ve told everyone I’d buy another. Way cheaper than BMW runs amazing and TOTALY comfortable. This said, I am now changing my mind over what seems ridiculous...... when I brought it in for service (my third visit) I asked for a car wash upon completion and was told I’d have to pay 34.95! I’m sorry, if someone buys a 40k vehicle, you should be more than willing to preform a wash after service. Don Davis is going to chase me back to BMW, who service offers one far more convince. I hope you reconsider your opportunity to make customers happy. Betty Warner More

Trevor’s genuineness, vibrant personality, and engaging demeanor made him instantly approachable and put me at ease right away. His patience with me never wavered, even after I was clearly disappointed that the shade of blue for the Murano was not as I had expected and after I let him know upfront that I had a long list of vehicles I was considering. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision before I was ready. It took the whole month of April to make my decision. I visited 12 dealerships (3 of them twice), went on 8 test drives (with 5 different vehicles), and researched/watched numerous SUV reviews online. After much deliberation, I decided on the 2019 Nissan Murano Platinum and purchased it from Don Davis Nissan in Arlington because Trevor was the best salesperson I’d ever met. He was professional, accommodating, always gave me his undivided attention, listened to my concerns, and was a delight to talk to. I was also appreciative of his patience as I read through every single page of paperwork he had before I signed them. Going through the finance department was an easy process. Stephen was friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. He got me an even lower APR than the low one I was expecting. He was also patient and didn’t try to rush me through all the finance paperwork that he had for me to sign. This was top notch service and a refreshing change from my last car purchase at a different dealership where the finance manager acted put out that I’d actually want to read everything I was signing. Without a doubt, this time was the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
