Smooth Experience When my family members walked into Don Davis, we were greeted by Brandon Williams asking if we needed help. He was very inviting and after I explained When my family members walked into Don Davis, we were greeted by Brandon Williams asking if we needed help. He was very inviting and after I explained what I wanted, he helped me pick the perfect car. He explained the features and matched everything on my checklist. He made buying a car easy and less stressful than I assumed it would be. We then went over to finance, where the interaction was very smooth and inviting as well. I forget the name of the gentlemen who worked in the finance department, but he was amazing and did the best he could to get me a good deal, as well as making sure that we understood everything. Overall, this was a great experience, and I love my new car. More

Friendly however miscommunication Service center has car from 11-5 when picked up the car I had got windows tinted the girl already had my window down. Scheming, No Good, Lying Service People This was literally the worst experience I have EVER had getting my car serviced. I was demeaned, talked down to, belittled, and insulted. I was refused continually to speak to a manager and was eventually threatened with legal action for asking clarifying questions and challenged my “service advisor” on the service that was agreed to. If I as a male was treated this way, I can only imagine how these people treat the female population. I would NOT ever go here for any service, ever, for any reason, whatsoever. More
Fast service! I got there at 8:30 for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Was told it would be after 1:00 before it was ready. Carlos’ awesome customer service! I went to the Service Department for indicated vehicle maintenance, which aids in the longevity of my vehicle. Not only did he, but the young ladies (my apologies, as I don’t know their names) were also mannerable and attentive. I was also pleasantly surprised when the service technicians were able to complete my vehicle in a timely fashion; they finished sooner than expected, which put a smile on my face. I would recommend Don Davis to anyone, and it was wonderful working with Carlos. If any Nissan staff (especially supervisors or managers) see this review, please know that Carlos and the young ladies at the front desk did a wonderful job! God bless :-) More
