Poor experience Set an appointment with Marc to get my car looked at for a few issues. The sound system randomly pauses when playing music using Android Auto or Apple Car Play. The tint was bubbling up Dent repair I arrive to my appointment with Marc and I was told that he is not available. I was helped by another advisor. About 30 minutes later I finally get to talk to Marc and he tells me that the guy that looks at the sound system is not available today and that I needed to leave the car. (Why did they give me an appointment for that day if the person looking at it is not available). I told him that it would be fine but that I needed a car to get around if my car wasn't going to be looked at in that day. He said that if it couldn't be proven that it was a manufacturer defect that they could not provide a car so he basically tried to leave me stranded without a car. After I fought back about it he finally offered to provide a car for the day. a couple days later he calls me and said that the car is ready to be picked up. I asked them what they did to the stereo and he said they changed it out. When I went to pick up the car he explained to me that they did not switch out the radio, and that my phone was not compatible. I asked him to show me where it's not compatible because we use iPhones and galaxies. He looked them up and the iPhone was compatible while the Galaxy said it wasn't. (I have two of the exact same vehicle and both devices work on the other vehicle so I don't believe that the information he provided was accurate. Also the rental they provided was the exact same vehicle as mine and the feature works flawlessly in that vehicle. I felt like he was really just trying to get me out of there. He then took me into the car and tried to get me to show him the issue. I connected my phone and it did the issue immediately. He connected his phone and it didn't do the issue (the pauses happen randomly so it's hard to know when it will happen). I felt like he was just trying to prove me wrong. Anyway, the issue is still there. It was probably the worst experience I've had from Don Davis Nissan. I have purchased 8 cares from there but I'm not sure I would again. More

They treat your car with great respect while performing the maintenance and the service advisor does a great job explaining what is happening with your car and greets you upon arrival. I still get a funny feeling when paying my bill as if the cashiers don't really respect me. They never smile or have any nice words to say to anyone like the rest of the staff does. They just seem to get your money and that's it. The one gentleman who receives the cars when coming in does a great job putting in protection before the car goes into service. More

Service Although I had an appointment for an oil change and tire inspection it still took 2 hours for the work to be done.
