I have always been treated with great respect from their service team and never been pressured to perform additional services. Yes, they do make suggestions but they offer a time line as to when these services need to be done. This is very refreshing knowing that recommended services do not need to be done ASAP! More

Horrendous Communication Made an appointment based on past experience for quicker service. Dropped car off an hour early, expected a phone call same day with results and fix f Made an appointment based on past experience for quicker service. Dropped car off an hour early, expected a phone call same day with results and fix for issue, nothing. Day 2, expected a call, 30 minutes till closing I arrived at service center to check on vehicle. Service advisor Buddy had no time for me and no idea about the vehicle. Informed me that it needed 2 O2 sensors that had to be ordered...could this have not been communicated over the phone to me instead of me having to follow-up? Also, why wasn't this diagnosed when I dropped the car off? Now it's Saturday and parts won't arrive until Monday, who doesn't stock O2 sensors?? Monday comes around, no call or update. Finally, Tuesday afternoon the car is ready. It took almost 4 days to complete an oil change and replace 2 O2 sensors that should have been a 2 hour job max. What was the hold up? The lack of communication is what truly infuriates me. I had no idea where the car was in the process or what was going on. Thankfully we have 3 vehicles so we weren't without, however, this could have been a huge issue as I was out of town through Wednesday. I would like some feedback regarding my issues and hope to speak to management as I find this experience completely unacceptable. More
