With that said, your service supervisor will make recommendations according to what the service bay techs have discovered. You are kept informed of all work to be done and can discuss options or create a plan of action to get service done at a different time. I have been fortunate to get excellent service supervisors like Gabby Romero and Chris Vasquez. Your safety on the road and your car's performance are at the top of their list, not a high pressure sales drive! The BEST new vehicle buying experience ever! Truthfully speaking, I can say we really never enjoyed shopping for a new vehicle. However, the Don Davis Auto Group in Arlington, TX changed that. Truthfully speaking, I can say we really never enjoyed shopping for a new vehicle. However, the Don Davis Auto Group in Arlington, TX changed that. From being greeted at the door to driving away in our new 2019 Murano Platinum , we could not have asked for a better experience. Since we were currently driving a , 2010 Murano, we were looking forward to replacing it with another one. Only this time it would come with all the wonderful new safety features. Our sales person, Shaun Broun, took away all the stress we usually feel when buying a new vehicle. Never once did we feel any pressure. He listened to our needs and wants and did an outstanding job to deliver. We got the exact Murano we wanted, at a price we were extremely happy with. Our finance person, Tyrone Robinson, was easy to work with. The cherry on the top for us.....we got zero financing. Couldn't ask for better. Tyrone got us through this process in a timely manner, which was important to us Seniors. Driving home to Frisco in our new, meticulously clean Murano was wonderful. More
Poor Customer Service (maybe because I am a female) I had my vehicle towed to Don Davis because it was a Nissan and this was the first time i had to have work done on it. I was called by an adviser and I had my vehicle towed to Don Davis because it was a Nissan and this was the first time i had to have work done on it. I was called by an adviser and told that my fuel pump, battery, and terminals needed to be replaced. I agreed to the repairs. Called back later that day and left a message that I wanted to wait on the battery and to just fix the fuel pump. The next day the adviser called and insisted that the battery was changed because it was a bad battery. Even after i told him that I didn't think it was and I had never had problems out of it. I then agreed to have the battery fixed as well. After picking up my vehicle it worked for one day. Then it started doing exactly what it was doing before I had it taken to Don Davis. The service engine light came on and I called the service department again. I took my vehicle back and asked for a loaner. I was advised that I could pay for a rental at $40/day. I didn't get the rental and rented a car from enterprise for cheaper (for the second time). I was called the very next day and was told that I needed a transmission and the price was $4200 to have it fixed. Therefore,I picked up my vehicle. I called a day later to the sales department to see if i could trade the car. I explained everything that had happened and waited several hours to call them back. The sales guy then told me they could only give me $2,000 for my car which KKB stated the value was $4500-$5600. He stated that's all he could give because I needed a transmission and motor (which was told to him by the service department) I was not told anything about a motor and I was inconvenienced twice because they were not able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle the first time I took it there. The fuel pump and battery repairs cost me $1300 and change. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced since driving a Nissan. I will never go back there!! More
