Syed Jilaney was my used car salesman. He was attentive and answered every question I had. He didn't hound me about buying. Once he heard that I was tired of comi was my used car salesman. Once he heard that I was tired of coming to Don Davis with service issues with my 2007 Nissan Maxima (in which, I spent $560 that same day on repairs), he immediately got to action in I wanted and I what I could afford. Had I known that getting a new car was so easy, I wouldn't have got my 2007 Maxima repaired 2 hours prior; it needed to be traded in anyway. Syed is efficient and a great asset to Nissan. More

Good service I went in to have my tire changed because of a nail, and I waited 3 hours. I went in for 1 time and I get home and realize that two tires are missing the air valve cover . I called the service advisor and she has yet to contact me back. All good except time Brought my wife's Rogue in for 15K service. Service tech was very friendly and personable and kept me advised of progress, but I don't understand why Brought my wife's Rogue in for 15K service. Like most places they try to up-sell expensive products and service. More

Slow Service I arrived and didnt get someone who could help until 15-20 mins. They assumed I wanted the most expensive oil change service which was $85 including I arrived and didnt get someone who could help until 15-20 mins. They assumed I wanted the most expensive oil change service which was $85 including tire rotation when I had only had the car 2 months. When i answered it was cheaper to go to other place is when they offered the other options. The service was completed quickly, but to put all the paperwork took longer than to do the service which included taking some paint off that was there when I purchased the car new. The whole process just seemed to take longer that what I would expect. I probably wont be going back unless its for warranty work. More
