There were a few things that went wrong, a tire busted during my test drive on the interstate, then another tire busted after I bought the vehicle, again, on the interstate. However, both times I was not treated with excuses I was presented with solutions. Shalon raced out to me when the first tire went flat, AND took me to my mother's house to get her to her doctor's appointment on time. The second time John Diggs immediately called the tow truck and made sure I was put in a rental and my car taken care of. They took all the responsibility and did not try to reassign blame like other businesses do now days. Don Davis understand the true meaning of customer service, and that deserves 5 stars. More
