When I walked up, I knew I wanted Gianna Guerrero to be my sales person because of her presence and I'm so glad I did. I told her what I wanted and she showed me just that. They found a car that I listed as one of my choices. I was not looking to purchase that day, but she convinced me to just take it home and see how it feels. I didn't want to, but I'm glad I did. Also the fact she kept saying "Your Car Ms. Torie". lol With no thoughts of saying I wanted the car, I started saying in the end yeah "My Car" LOL. She made me feel super comfortable. The next car I purchase from Nissan, I hope she's there. Might be sooner since she told me about the membership program. Thank you, Thank you, Thank You Gianna Guerrero. I know I was a handful. Thank you so much to John Diggs for his professionalism. I"m forever grateful for him sealing the deal with the purchase of "My Car". Every issue he resolved with kindness and professionalism. Thank you for making me feel like family and not just a customer. I have a hard time trusting people but Jon Diggs and Gianna Gianna won me over. If you are upset about anything when you go to this dealership, you will leave with a car that you love and leave smiling and laughing after talking to John Diggs. Too long of a wait for an oil change I made an appt for 1:30 and still had to wait 2.5 hrs on my only day off that y’all are open. Very inconvenient and not how I want to spend my day off. I think if you make an appt. you should be in and out. Oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t take that long. Y’all should see how you can fix that. I over heard another person that made an appt say the exact same thing I was thinking. No one seemed like they were happy to be there and wait for hours. I also asked my car salesman if there was an option for him to have someone come get my car and get it done and Bring it back to me so I don’t have to wait so long. He said he would try but it didn’t happen. More
