You try to add $1000 to new cars for stupid stuff. Your “premium floor mats” are a joke. Calling low grade xxxx premium doesn’t make it premium. Plus they flat out lied, said I get oil changes for a year. It was two oil changes. Very dishonest. I get it’s a business, and wants to make money. But I’ll never go there again. Cause I don’t trust you. More
The time before the last that I went to have my oil changed at Don Davis Nissan, one tire had a small nail in it. The dealership refused to fix it, citing "liability" issues. This was nonsense. Then, a changed at Don Davis Nissan, one tire had a small nail in it. The dealership refused to fix it, citing "liability" issues. This was nonsense. Then, a young lady came out and showed me on an iPad where I could buy one new tire for the insane amount of like $600 and put in on the vehicle with three other tires that had 60,000 miles of wear on them. Utter insanity. Not sure where she learned that, but that's not how you do it. I ended up going to Latinos tire shop in Arlington, where they fixed the tire with no problem in 10 minutes. Never had another issue with it. This time that I came in for a oil change and tire rotation, Adrian came out with a printout telling me that I should needlessly spend $2200 on new tires, a new serpentine belt, change out the brake fluid, drain and fill the cooling system, and do a fuel injection service. All for a new truck with 65,000 mi. on it. Almost feels like a bait and switch screw job. The worst part is, Don Davis has sent me no less than 8-10 emails bordering on harassment to do this so called "review". Last Saturday, Adrian texted me at 9:00 on Saturday morning, woke me up after I was up late from being sick, demanding I do this review, telling me to make sure I answer "YES TO EVERYTHING AND GIVE HIM PERFECT 10'S ON EVERYTHING, TO INCLUDE TWO SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT WAS THE VEHICLE DELIVERED ON TIME AND WAS I CALLED ABOUT IT" or something to that effect. The utter audacity of a service rep texting me weeks after the oil change demanding I do this review and then telling me exactly how to answer it is not a review, it is a dishonest pre-determined outcome to benefit him financially, as I am sure he gets a bonus for each review. This is also to insure he makes himself look good, no matter if the service was substandard or not. This is an extremely shady business practice, and even as bad as Burleson Nissan is, I most likely will be going back to them as that is where I got the truck from and is much closer to me. You guys have been harassing me for a review for weeks, so here it is...........BUYER BEWARE!!!! More
