Bad experience I have receiving special coupon with $30.00 front and back brake pads. Overall, my car was in excellent condition and does not really need new brake I have receiving special coupon with $30.00 front and back brake pads. Overall, my car was in excellent condition and does not really need new brake pads. But I couldn't resist getting $30.00 off each, front and back. So, on 8/31/19 I took my car to Don Davis to have the brakes pads replace. Before I hand over my key I told service advisor that my is in excellent condition, if he can check it out before forming any work on it. I handed over my key to him and waited 3:45 minutes...I paid for the service and drove my car home. I notice that loud rubbing sounds, I ignored it. But then when I hit on the brake pedal it makes the clicking noises. Normally, when I hit on the brake pedal it just stopped it does not making clicking noise and pedal drop down again. Took it to the shop within 30 minutes, few of them took a look at it and they said there's nothing wrong with it. I was told to take my car home and if still not happy with it in few days I can take it back and they take a look at "SOMETHING ELSE"!! After refuse to leave the shop one of the service advisor loan me a car and left mine there at the shop. As of today 09/14/19 my car is still in the shop....service manager maybe too busy to give me a call with status on my car.....Even though I called and left several voice messages in his mail box? ( I was told the work that they did wasn't related to the brake pedal ) Nissan is a Good Name/Great Cars to drive. My families/friends drives Nissan. Paying $378.12 for the service was not bad at all. I do not want anything or special service from Nissan/Don Davis Arlington, TX. I just want my car back to where it was befor. Oil & filter changed/ tires rotated I was met at my car door with a young lady offering me a cold bottle of water. Paul came & took all the Information that he needed from the car. Amazing Sales Staff at Used Sales Sales staff is amazing, particularly Shalon!! She's extremely attentive, asks all the right questions to find the best vehicle for you. Car Service I have had issues in the past with getting my car serviced a few months ago in June. I took my car to get looked at because I had a raddling noise in I have had issues in the past with getting my car serviced a few months ago in June. I took my car to get looked at because I had a raddling noise in my rear right tire, so I took it to DonDavis to get serviced and I don’t quite remember what my service guy said was wrong with it but he said that it was fixed and good to go, however when I pulled out of the parking lot I heard the same exact noise and was actually upset, because I had to go back to work, so I continued to go. I call and my advisor again to notify him about to same noise and he tells me “I have good news and I have bad news” so I said ok what’s the bad news, he says “we do not have a fix for your car, we’re waiting to hear from Nissan about a fix” so I said ok what’s the good news? He says “you will be able to drive your car until we do...” when I tell you I was so pissed and confused, like what do you mean you do not have a fix for my car? why did you make the car and then have no fix...anywho I went to get a second opinion from my family car shop and what he told was that my shock was out and he also suggested to fix it but he knew I would probably get a better deal at Nissan since my car was brand New and only 6 months old at the time. I take it back to Don Davins and tell the same car Advisor that it was the shock that was out and so the took my car in and when it was time to pick it up he told me the same xxxx thing that they were waiting to hear from Nissan about the parts and when I tell you I was so pissed..smfh. So I didn’t go back to Don Davis for two months because at that point I did not now what to do, so about a week ago I called and made an appointment, when it was time for me to bring my car I met with a different advisor, he asked me what the issue was and we went from there so when he called me to update me about my car he said ”it seems that your shock was out on the rear right tire” and that they had to order some parts which wouldn’t be there until the next week, so the following week comes and I take my care in, and when I went to go pick it up, it was xxxxing fixed...smfh. 3 xxxxing months I waisted More
