Did what they had to do I really appreciated that Chad was able to do most of the negotiating with me by texting. Service I went in to get my daughters cars oil change/ tire rotation done with a coupon I received in the mail from Don Davis, and they went ahead and checke I went in to get my daughters cars oil change/ tire rotation done with a coupon I received in the mail from Don Davis, and they went ahead and checked the whole car to see if it needed any repairs, It turned out it did. I was sent an email with what was needed to be repaired and the pricing. I went ahead and agreed to the repairs with John James, which were the back breaks and rotors ( replacement of both) which in the email had the price of $199 some change , plus tax. When I picked up the car, I was given a whole different amount I had to pay of over $400 which is not what I had agreed to. I felt like I was not kept in the loop or informed of any extra charges until I arrived there. My suggestion would be to get the customer to the dealer and explain all charges, and EXTRA charges that will be done before proceeding with the repairs so customers wont be surprised with a large bill that they weren't expecting. More
