5 hours for a 2 hour oil change! The title of the review says it all. It took about an hour for the courtesy shuttle to take me 10 minutes up the street after only having 2 people on The title of the review says it all. It took about an hour for the courtesy shuttle to take me 10 minutes up the street after only having 2 people on the list ahead of me. It took 3 hours for the oil change, and over an hour to get picked up because the shuttle driver forgot to come get me after I called. I have avoided Don Davis for years because of their terrible service. This was the one time I chose not to go to Clay Cooley (now Metro Nissan Dallas) because I moved closer to Arlington. Next time I will spend the 45 minutes to an hour at Metro Nissan instead. You can remodel the facility but you can't remodel the horrible staff and service! More
