Always get great service, everyone is kind and attentive, prompt and more than just professional. We were offered a beverage and kept updated about when they were due to complete. A good try. Took my 2017 Murano in because the a/c didn't work. Buddy, my service coordinator was very helpful and kept me apprised of the vehicle status. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed and the a/c stopped working again six days later. It was then found that there was a leak in the low pressure line that was not caught the first time I went in for service. Again Buddy did a great job of keeping me informed. More

I would have rated recommending this service center as a “Maybe” instead of yes or no, but that option wasn’t available. Since there were so many cars waiting for service when I came the first time, I wa “Maybe” instead of yes or no, but that option wasn’t available. Since there were so many cars waiting for service when I came the first time, I was told to come in on Friday so I made an appt for Friday morning. I had to rent a car to go to work that day and my service rep didn’t seem to take that into account to get my car in with urgency. What’s the point of an appt if my car doesn’t get looked at until late that day? I had to call that day to check to see how my car was coming along. Wasn’t done until Saturday around noon! If you had loaners it wouldn’t have been a big deal. After paying over $800 for my repairs, I figured the car would have at least been run through your car wash...nope. My check engine light is off, but doesn’t run with any extra pep like the service rep thought that it might. I really hope what I paid for was actually done and that it will help my car run more efficiently. I understand you are in the business to make money, but some empathy and urgency would be helpful.
