When I arrived, I sat in my car for sometime, no one tried to assist until Jason (GM) walked over. Another lady was allowed to go ahead of my because she knew someone that worked there. I had another issue with my vehicle, but didn’t mention it because wanted to see if the mechanics truly check your vehicle as they claim. The service area claims they conduct a 21 point inspection and they come back with a long list of repairs ($2100) based on mileage. They didn’t bother to actually check my vehicle because if they did they would have discovered there is a crack in the windshield wiper reservoir. If I discovered this on my own I would think so would the dealership. I mentioned it to the service person that I noticed they didn’t check my car nor fill the windshield wiper fluid. I’m watching them service my car so I know for a fact it was not checked. The person drove my car in and the windshield wipers were moving so obviously they should have known there is no fluid. Only after the fact when they actual put fluid in after I told them is when they said “oh yeah” and see all the fluid pouring out of my car. They pull my vehicle around without consulting me to determine if I want the part fixed our wait. I had to ask the service person why didn’t she speak with me first. She response “oh we didn’t have the part so I didn’t mention it but I can order the part if you want me too”. Wow talk about bad customer service why do I have to tell you all of this when you proclaim to check everything and give me a $2100 list of “repairs that I don't need only based on mileage. More

For example: Almost every time I come in, windshield wipers are always suggested. It does not make any difference their condition. I had put new ones on before coming in on one of my visits, however, they still suggested windshield wipers on that visit. I feel like there are suggestions of services weather I need them or not based on mileage or other factors. Again, very pleased with the service. More
