There were no social distancing measures in place. Customers also had to wait in a waiting room that didn't facilitate being 6 feet apart. And we were there for hours. Employees didn't wear masks. I'm also unclear if the technician wore a mask or even took measures to sanitize my car when they were done touching it. I wasn't given regular updates on my vehicle so I had no idea where we were in the process of the oil change. Gaby seemed to disappear but luckily Erika was available to get my paperwork ready. More
