I came for repair which was provided by another service agent but I wasn't infor Carlos was exceptional and went above and beyond his task to help me. I came for repair which was provided by another service agent but I wasn't informed of some outstanding work needed. When I came to pick up my vehicle he took the time to go over the paperwork research who my extended warranty was with to see if the part defected was covered. Although it wasn't covered I still wanted my vehicle to operate to its full capacity especially since I dropped it off and had to get a ride to pick it up. This service team does not pressure you to purchase services you do not need or services that can be put off until the next scheduled maintenance visit. They will make suggestions and let the customer make an informed decision. The shop and waiting room are clean. Always hot coffee there for me while I am in the waiting room. Free shuttle service is available when I just want to drop the vehicle off and get back home. More
