The service department is one of, if not the cleanest, comfortable and welcoming that I have ever visited. Adrian Alonso proved to be the most helpful service advisors I have worked with. Every time I come here it’s a money pit! Last time I was here in Dec. 2023, I spent $2100 + on repairs only to have to come back two months later & need an additional $600 worth of work nee Last time I was here in Dec. 2023, I spent $2100 + on repairs only to have to come back two months later & need an additional $600 worth of work needed. I also paid $129 for a wheel alignment & my vehicle is still shaking! Not a happy customer. They have changed Service Managers yet again. I have had Nissans for decades but pretty sure after this I’m going back to a Honda . More
