This service representative was not good at all. He never provided me any updates on my vehicle. I waited a week before contacting him and although he always promised to follow up with me before end He never provided me any updates on my vehicle. I waited a week before contacting him and although he always promised to follow up with me before end of business day, he never did. Instead of him explaining to me that the problem could not be found, he spoke loudly to the cashier next to the one that was tending to me and explained why no problem was found.
