I came here to get a oil change in April as a woman I never looked under my hood until this month I was going to the store an a neighbor told me my car was smoking we raise the hood an the oil cap was no never looked under my hood until this month I was going to the store an a neighbor told me my car was smoking we raise the hood an the oil cap was not put on an all the oil was covering everything under my hood. So I took it back an told them about the oil an my car was making a tapping noise. They keep my car did not give me a loaner so I missed work I kept call no one would give me an answer about my car. The next morning I just went up there. My car was ready they cleaned under the hood did not change the belt which had oil on it a they said they hear no tapping. I drove the car that night for work an there was still tapping I just returned from out of town so I will be taking my car back tomorrow an I will be putting a claim in for this they have messed up my car. O e of my neighbors who works at GM told me it’s my lefts that making the noise because I was drive with no oil in the car for a period of time. So I am very unsatisfied for the way I was treated an what they did to my vehicle that I only had for a year. More
