My experience with Keenan Clark was exceptional. Having never owned a Nissan before I was really sceptical about buying one. I stopped at Mazda on the way home but didn't see anything I liked. Once home, I called Keenan to buy the Altima. No answer so I txt'd him "Let's see if we can't make this happen today." Within a few hours I was driving off in my new Altima. More

Thee absolute WORST car buying experience of my life. I was sold a $48k lemon. Bought a Jeep Wrangler used with a broken visor and no clue it had transmission and power train issues. 3 weeks into driving I was sold a $48k lemon. Bought a Jeep Wrangler used with a broken visor and no clue it had transmission and power train issues. 3 weeks into driving the car the check engine light came on at least 3 times before stalling. Before I could pay my first note, the car was in the service department SITTING for a week and a half straight. After calling and being bounced around for days with no response, I found that my car had to be transferred to the Jeep location on I-30 and Collins at their other location. I was finally informed the technicians are “backed up” with no timeline on when they can diagnose the car or put me in a rental. Neither location will provide a loaner so I’m paying $935/month plus $215 insurance to NOT be driving the car and it hasn’t even been 30 days. I regret financing with Don Davis. They are just flipping cars at this point, with no certification that the vehicles are up to standard. I plan on writing to the BBB as well. More
