The vehicle we bought was supposedly a Nissan certified pre owned vehicle, however, the breaks had issues. It took them an entire week to fix the issue and no one contacted us at all. We had to do all the pre owned vehicle, however, the breaks had issues. It took them an entire week to fix the issue and no one contacted us at all. We had to do all the calling for updates. The service department wasn’t even aware they needed to work on the truck. Once we picked up the truck, there was issues with both the wheels and alignment so we had to take it back again. Out of the 15 days we’ve owned this truck, we have only been able to drive it for two days. I highly DO NOT recommend this dealership. My wife bought a Nissan from Clay Cooley in 2019 and had a completely different experience with their amazing customer service. More

There employees have no customers service skill at all I went of a oil change called in advance to come and stand out side in the heat waiting on someone to come help me or even ask why I am here no not the went of a oil change called in advance to come and stand out side in the heat waiting on someone to come help me or even ask why I am here no not there however 30 minutes later 5 people come out to tell me it's 2hrs for a oil change and they are 100 cars behind should have told me that when I called for appointment I could have when to quick lube but also I have a check engine like on told them and and it will be 10day to do a diagnostic sorry mechanics there so I had to diagnose it my self or the part from Houston Nissan 131.00 and do the repair so I won't go back and will never buy from don Davis or nissan More
