The vehicle we bought was supposedly a Nissan certified pre owned vehicle, however, the breaks had issues. It took them an entire week to fix the issue and no one contacted us at all. The service department wasn’t even aware they needed to work on the truck. Once we picked up the truck, there was issues with both the wheels and alignment so we had to take it back again. Out of the 15 days we’ve owned this truck, we have only been able to drive it for two days. I highly DO NOT recommend this dealership. My wife bought a Nissan from Clay Cooley in 2019 and had a completely different experience with their amazing customer service. More
