If I could give it zero stars, I would. I took my car in to get an issue diagnosed and they held my car for an entire week without even touching it. And my "service advisor" eventually just started straight up ignoring my calls about MY car. I had to uber up there just to get it back. The pre-owned vehicle I was considering has been lent out as loaner. When I came to drive, found dirty CoVid masks in back and vehicle not cleaned.
