When I stopped by Don Davis Nissan I was only there initially to browse inventory.I was welcomed by Oliver Russell and the rest of the Don Davis family. From the first word I was taken care of, and I started to lean more and more towards a used 7th gen Maxima. Oliver did his job better than anyone ever could of expected and since I wasn't in love with the Maxima that they had there on the lot he found one that was perfect for me over the next 3 days. He maintained constant contact with me and gave me updates on the models and packages he was coming across on a daily basis. He catered to my every want and I ended up purchasing. Also, he is still working with me post purchase to make sure everything is perfect. He didn't just sale and bail like you would think most salesmen would. This is crazily how the entire Don Davis Auto Group family works, everyone is happy, kind, and most importantly makes you feel like part of that family too. From Oliver Russell in sales, Ricky Pool in financing, to JC in the garage, every experience I have had at Don Davis has been perfect. The purchasing of the vehicle was a fairly simple procedure.If that would have been the end of the deal my feelings would probably be different than what they are.I returned the vehicle the next day, procedure.If that would have been the end of the deal my feelings would probably be different than what they are.I returned the vehicle the next day, because it was very obvious that the front tires had an unusual wear pattern,and wanted the front end alignment checked.I was told it would take an hour or so. Then told 2 more after the first 1 1/2 wait.Then I was offered to drive my old vehicle home and Faraz would drive my new vehicle home once the alignment was done.Ended up taking nearly 7 hours.I would have appreciated being told the truth instead of a lie.Could have asked me to return it the next day and check it the first thing after opening or something similar to that. More

I called and talked with Jake Taylor, about a 2013 Altima 3.5SL. We made a deal on the phone and my wife and I drove 160 miles to complete the deal.
